Quick answers before you sign up.
Do guests need an app?
Today, the guest experience is part of the Android app, so you can try every role on one device. GuestFlow is designed so guests can open the menu straight from the QR link.
Does it work on iPhone?
GuestFlow is Android-only for now and runs on Android 8.0 or newer.
How do payments work?
Each QR code sets which payment methods it allows: charge to room, pay online or pay at the counter. Room charges post to the folio and are settled at checkout by the front desk.
Is my data safe?
Your sign-up details are stored on GuestFlow's own servers in India, not with third-party form tools, and are never shared. Staff panels in the app are PIN-protected and each QR code is tied to one location. Tell us about any compliance needs and we'll walk you through them.
How long is the free trial?
7 days when you sign up directly, and 14 days when someone refers you with their link. Every role is unlocked during the trial, and no card is needed.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your download link stops working and we'll get in touch about a plan for your property. When you choose a plan, your dashboard shows a secure payment link.
What counts as a QR code?
Each active QR code is one ordering point, such as a room, a table, a poolside lounger or an event space. Starter includes up to 30, Growth 75 and Pro 150, and Enterprise is unlimited. Guests can scan a code as often as they like. The limit is on how many codes are live at once.
We have 300 rooms and several outlets. Which plan fits?
Enterprise, from ₹5,999 a month, covers unlimited QR codes and outlets, and several properties in one account. If you're just over a Pro limit, packs of 25 QR codes or an extra outlet cost ₹499 a month each.
Is there a discount?
Paying yearly gives you 2 months free and includes assisted setup. The first 50 properties also get 50% off for their first 12 months as founding members: Starter ₹499, Growth ₹999 and Pro ₹1,499 a month.
How do referrals work?
Once you're verified, your dashboard shows your own link. Anyone who signs up through it gets a 14-day trial instead of 7, and you can see how many people joined through you.
Why do I need to verify my email or phone?
It confirms the trial is really yours and protects your download link. We send a 6-digit code by email or SMS, whichever you prefer. Your trial starts the moment you verify.
I've already signed up. Where's my download link?
On your dashboard. Use Sign in at the top of the page, enter your email or phone, and type the code we send you.
Why isn't it on the Play Store?
For now the app is shared directly as an APK so we can ship improvements quickly. Android will ask you once to allow installs from your browser. That's normal for direct downloads.
